I highly recommend this dealer. We both had some unexpected availability circumstances and worked well arriving at suitable day/times for my Generac delivery and installation. This included some significant advance planning and coordination with propane tank installation as well. The installation went really well and the unit works fine.

We had a 32kw installed & all the service provided by David was very detailed and completed within the time frame that was planned. His crew was very friendly, polite and we enjoyed having them involved. The detailed work was superior and they picked up trash, etc before they left each day. David and is crew were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They helped to determine to proper location for the least noise and the least installation cost. David responded very promptly via text or phone call during the installation to keep me informed of when they were going to arrive and what they were going to be doing. There were no interruptions during the installation except when they had to turn off the power to hook up the generator, approx. 15. minutes. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to do a very thorough job at a very reasonable price.

David Fisher recently completed installation of my generator. He has years of experience as an electrical contractor and was very capable of handling all aspects of the job. He worked with me at length to get the installation design the way I wanted it. The installation looks great, very professional. The unit responds well to an outage ( one so far ). I highly recommend this dealer. His team does a great job of the installation.

 We just had our generator installed yesterday. Everything worked great. The previous owner of the house had a manual transfer panel mounted and David was able to "modify" the openings both inside and outside so that there were no more holes in the walls necessary. He also added our hot water heater & part of another room to the rooms/appliances that we had requested initially.

David Fisher is a very friendly and knowledgeable individual. We first hired David to check the installation at our new home and found out the builder had no clue what or how he should have installed our Generac unit. David fixed all of the issues and he also informed we probably had not received the proper guidance on sizing our unit. David was correct because the first time we needed the back-up power we didn't have sufficient power for our house. David worked with us to replace the unit with a larger unit and found a buyer for our unit. I have used David for all of our routine service work and would highly recommend him for any questions, service or sales needs you might have. David is a true professional!

Having had our generator installed through our new home builder, we assumed it was set up. WRONG, we had a local electrician come out and check the generator over, but when we asked about Yearly Servicing of the unit he said he was not able to do that. We checked on the Generac WebSite and found David in our area. He came out promptly and went over the system in detail, advised what needed to be changed in order to cover more areas of the house and told us our unit had not even been registered! David is Factory Certified and thoroughly knowledgeable as well as being an Electrical Contractor! What a joy it was to meet David! We now have him scheduled to come back and make all the necessary changes to have our Generac Generator functioning!

David works with his customer and makes accommodations to special needs. He is practical and efficient in his work. He is very dedicated to making a quality installation and is very helpful. He worked well with others involved with propane plumbing and installation. If you need a generator, just have a talk with David to get a great installation!

It is evident that David loves doing a great job. When he became the serviceman for my generator, he corrected several things that were not done correctly when it was installed by another person. Also, he solved a knotty problem with my automatic switching. He was determined to fix my problem and with some innovative thinking and a very cost effective modification he was successful. Every time my generator seamlessly switches on during a power outage, I think about how glad I am that David takes such good care of my system.

David came by and fixed a problem with the generator after it was install and taught me as much as I could understand about the generator, he does maintenance on it and explained one minor problem that arose. He also thoroughly checks it while he is here. I appreciate his attitude and the time he takes trying to explain how it works and what I can expect it to do---everything I want to do if the electricity goes off. The electricity has gone off repeatedly for a total of 16+ hours and the unit functioned seamlessly. You can't go wrong with David.
